Privacy Policy

Effective August 15, 2026 · Last updated August 27, 2026

Pulse PC (“Pulse PC,” “we,” “us”) provides live remote computer help and free self-help tools at getpulsepc.com. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what we do not do with it.

Questions: d.banner@getpulsepc.com or (312) 442-0618.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers the website, the self-diagnosis wizard (a short click-through checkup), booking a session, email, and messages you send us (including the website contact form). Sessions themselves also involve Zoom, Discord, or TeamViewer — those companies have their own policies.

The site is intended for people 18 or older, or a parent/guardian booking for a minor. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

2. Information we collect

You give us

Collected automatically

We do not collect through this site

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising networks.

4. Who else sees it

We use other companies to run the service. They only get what they need to do that job. We do not run an ad network and we do not sell personal information.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect someone from serious harm, or if Pulse PC is transferred as a business (you would still be owed the same privacy commitments).

4a. Cookies and similar storage

We do not use an advertising pixel, a third-party analytics product, or a cookie-consent banner, because we are not running ads or selling data on this site.

You can clear site data in your browser. That does not cancel a slot you already paid — email d.banner@getpulsepc.com if you need the hold refunded before start.

5. Remote sessions

If you book a live session and grant access (screen share or remote control), we can see whatever is on the screen or system you share. We use that only to diagnose and fix the issue you asked us to work on. We do not copy your files, browse unrelated personal data, or keep remote access after the session unless you clearly ask us to leave a tool installed and we agree in writing.

You can end access at any time by disconnecting. See the Remote Access Policy.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your choices

Email d.banner@getpulsepc.com to ask what we have, correct it, or delete it. We will do that unless we must keep something for law, billing, or a dispute. You can also stop using the site and cancel future bookings.

If you are in a place with extra privacy rights (for example California), you can also ask us not to “sell” or “share” personal information. We do not sell personal information. We do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to build an advertising profile. Email d.banner@getpulsepc.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We will honor a verifiable request unless we must keep something for law, billing, or a dispute. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

8. Security

We use HTTPS on the site and keep access to our inbox and Discord limited to Pulse PC. No method of transmission or storage is perfect. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, bank PINs, or government ID numbers through the website form.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.
