How a session works
  1. 01

    Run the free wizard — a short click-through checkup — or skip it and pick a time.

    Answer a few plain questions and it points at the likely fix. No signup. If that’s not enough, book a live session.

  2. 02

    Pay $30. That holds 30 minutes.

    Tax from your ZIP is added on Book. If we go past 30 minutes, the remaining balance is the rest of the session plus that tax. If we finish in 12 minutes, you still paid $30 plus that ZIP tax — and you know exactly why.

  3. 03

    You pick Discord, Zoom, or TeamViewer.

    You type the password. You watch the whole time. We never keep the machine.

  4. 04

    We fix it on your actual screen.

    You leave knowing what changed. One problem per booking.
