How it works
One person. Your computer. Weeknights.
1
Click through a few questions. It tells you what we think is wrong. No account. Skip this if you already know you want someone on the call.
2
Monday–Friday evenings. You choose remote help ($60/hour after 30 minutes) or help building a PC ($75 or $90). You type your name to agree to the terms. Then you pay $30 plus sales tax for your area. That books 30 minutes with Dustin. If we’re done sooner, you still had that time reserved — same as any shop that books a slot.
3
You get a private link to a waiting page. Come a little early. Have Discord, Zoom, or TeamViewer — whichever you booked — already downloaded and signed in so we can spend the time on your PC, not on an install.
4
Dustin joins. You watch the whole time. You type your own password. We don’t keep the computer. You’ll see the time on your waiting page so you always know where you stand.
5
Extra time is the rate you picked: $60 to fix a PC you already have, $75 to check parts, $90 if you’re building it tonight. Same card. Same sales tax. The waiting page shows the time so nothing is a surprise.
6
One problem per booking. We tell you what we did. When the session is over and paid, that private link stops working. Not a promised miracle — time on the call.
