Pulse PC is a one-person shop. On the call I’m Dustin. Based in New London, Wisconsin. Remote across the United States.
I started this because YouTube skips the exact screen you’re staring at, and a big repair shop hands you a ticket. I wanted a weeknight where one person sits on your machine, says what they did, and you can see it.
What a session is
You pick Discord, Zoom, or TeamViewer. I join at your start time. You watch the whole time. You type your own passwords — I don’t store them, and I don’t go through mail, photos, or unrelated files. Disconnecting ends access.
One problem per booking. If we finish inside 30 minutes, you paid the $30 hold plus sales tax for your area — that’s the minimum. If we run long, remaining time is the rate we locked when you booked, same card, same sales tax. Not a mystery invoice at the end.
A booking is time on the call, not a guaranteed miracle. Some jobs need a part you don’t have, or a backup you haven’t made. I’ll say so instead of pretending.
What we don’t do
No Mac, Linux, Steam Deck, or consoles. No Saturday or Sunday live sessions. No daytime window. No drop-offs at the New London address — that’s the shop, not a counter. If that’s what you needed, I’d rather tell you now than take the $30.
The free checkup and the guides stay free. Use them. Book when you want a person on the screen.
